To enhance the quality of succession planning in a large international, diversified and decentralized group by bringing improvements to its Talent Review process.


Mobilized the corporate Talent Management team, consulted the Divisional HR Directors, and presented improvement recommendations to the Talent Review process. Recommendations subsequently enthusiastically adopted. Supported the worldwide deployment of the new process covering over 2 000 key positions and coordinated the communication of the ensuing results.


The level of engagement displayed by business and HR leaders and the quality of sharing and dialog during the Talent Review sessions demonstrated a strong buy-in for the new process. The talent management key performance indicators increased, most notably the number and quality of successors for each key position.
