Antoine Tirard is an international talent management consultant. In 2010, in Paris, he founded NexTalent, a consulting firm specializing in talent management, leadership development, and human resources strategy.

Antoine’s expertise springs from 20 years of experience in human resources within international corporations, most recently as Group Director of Recruitment and Talent Development for LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton. He was previously and successively Global Head of Talent Management & Organization Development, and Global Head of Learning for Novartis. He held HR leadership positions with Novartis, L’Oréal and Clifford Chance in Europe and the United States.

His areas of expertise include strategic human resources management, talent management, leadership assessment and development, learning, recruiting, performance management, change management, and intercultural management.

Antoine has worked with clients across a wide range of industries and with leaders and teams across the globe. Some current and past clients include Deutsche Post DHL, Enel, GlaxoSmithKline, Imerys, Johnson & Johnson, Lafarge, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and Ubisoft.

Antoine has an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from CELSA-Paris Sorbonne University. He has multiple certifications in coaching, as well as various psychometric tools, including MBTI, Hogan, Predictive Index, etc.

He lectures and leads the Human Resources Management course of the Paris-Sorbonne-CELSA Executive MBA. His professional memberships include: the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the International Coach Federation (ICF), the International Consortium for Executive Development Research (ICEDR), and the New Talent Management Network (NTMN).

Antoine is both a writer and frequent speaker. He is the co-author of the “Dictionary of Human Resources Management – French/English” (Editions Liaisons). He has also just completed “Révélez vos talents”, a book which maps out a variety of psychometric tools for development. In addition to the books, Antoine’s articles are to be found in a variety of publications, while his speaking engagements are typically in international HR and talent management conferences.

Antoine, who is French, has lived and worked in the United States, Switzerland, France, and Morocco. He works in both French and English.
